Thanks for popping by! I’m Lorna, a twenty something living in London. I’m a runner, healthy food lover, and am currently training for my 6th road marathon -Boston! I live with my boyfriend Steve who’s equally (if not more!) run obsessed!

I’ve launched this blog in attempt to find the best healthy snack recipes to keep me going throughout my training! I’m constantly hungry and looking for ways to keep myself fuelled for my training, without hitting the sugary snacks that make my energy levels crash and my skin break out.

As someone who’s slightly addicted to buying the latest cook books; from Deliciously Ella to Run Fast, Eat Slow I’ve got plenty of recipes ready to test, and share my findings with you.

I’ll be reviewing each recipe on everything from taste, energy and price, to convenience of the ingredients – it’s not like we all have teff flour just waiting to be used in our cupboards (or in our local Tesco for that matter)! I hope you enjoy!
